Do you accept walk in?

No, our Resort is by Reservation only.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, but only 2 pets (not more than 50lbs each) are allowed to enter in the resort. Pet owner should bring their own poop scoop and poop bag. Please see Terms and Conditions below.

Can we bring food, drinks, and liquors?

Yes, you can bring your own food, drinks and liquors without corkage fee.

How much is the rate for kids?

2 years old below: FREE
3-5 years old: 50% OFF
6 years old and above: Regular Rate.

Do you have Seniors and PWD discounts?

Yes, 20% individual discounts.

How to Reserve?

To confirm your booking, we require 50% Down Payment within 24 hours through our BDO or Eastwest Bank Account. If no Down Payment is made within the 24hr period, your Pencil Book will be cancelled automatically.

Can we arrive in the resort earlier than our check-in time?

We only allow 1 hour before check-in time and can only stay in our reception area.

Do you accept prenup?

Yes.
For Prenup Rates: P10,000/ 6 pax
Free use of Glass Cottage from 7am-6pm
Extra Person : P1000
Free use of ATV and Jetski as props only (No limited time)
Infinity Pool Access (Swimming)

Can we cook in the resort?

Yes, you can cook outside of your accommodation. We provide one griller without extra charge. Charcoal is available in the reception area.

How will I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once we receive your 50% Down Payment and the copy of your Deposit Slip, we will email you the booking confirmation form.

How to get there through commute?

Take Baliwag Transit (Cubao or Grace Park) to SM Baliwag then ride a tricycle going to Jeep Terminal going to Pulo San Rafael then drop off at SRRA in Brgy. Talacsan.

How to get there through private transportation?

1. From NLEX Balintawak Toll Plaza to Balagtas Exit, continue straight to Bustos via Plaridel Bypass Rd. take a left turn at Gen. Alejo 2. Follow the road to Bustos Municipal Hall then turn right going to Baliuag via Bustos bridge 3. Then turn right going to Brgy Talacsan via Baliuag San Rafael Rd. 4. For a detailed view of the Google Map or Waze.

Can we experience water activities without reservation or any accommodation?

No.

Can we extend for an additional hour?

No, our check-in and check-out time is fixed.

Do you have a restaurant inside the Resort?

Yes, we do have a restaurant. Last order is 9:30pm.

Can we experience River Cruise anytime?

No, our minimum number of guest is 20 pax to run the river cruise. Less than 20 pax are not allowed to use the cruise but you can shoulder the balance to complete the minimum pax. "By reservation, at least 3 Days Prior your target date."
